Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!


Let's be honest for a second. Do you regularly drink water throughout the day? If not, why not? Is it because of lack of flavor, business of your day, or another reason?


Our bodies are 60% water. Our bodies depend on water to run the systems in ourselves to keep us moving and thinking. Safe to say when we deprive ourselves from it, issues regarding our health and wellness start to appear. Issues like: irregular body temperature, digestion, kidney function, skin health, energy, concentration, and more!


With that in mind, do you think about water a little differently now? Our tip: Fill up a later plastic water bottle every morning and keep it by you throughout the day. This will encourage you to drink it when thirsty since it's the closest to you and to drink a lot of it. Try it out!
