Watermelon and Apple Salad

Refreshing, delightful, and sure to put a smile on your face. From the juicy watermelon to the refreshing mint, this will be best served cold (especially on any hot days).



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 of a medium watermelon, cut into 1/4”-thick matchsticks

  • 2 granny smith apples, cored and cut into 1/4”-tick matchsticks

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • A pinch of Celtic Sea Salt


 

Instructions:


Toss all ingredients gently together and serve cold.
