Service Description
We use biomarker testing to establish your health grade (A-F). New patients of The Wellness Progression start here. Concierge Patients may schedule this appointment throughout the year to measure progress on their health journey. During Appointment 2, we will review your testing results and provide you with a comprehensive Vitality Score. Your coach will discuss recommended next steps and options as determined by your score and stated health goals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Any missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time - will result in forfeiture of that appointment all together if the appointment cant be rescheduled the same week due to your coaches availability. Re-schedule Are you trying to pour 6 ounces into a 4 ounce cup? We feel ya and realize sometimes things happen……we ask that any changes to your appointment be requested within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so that we can try and find another time.
