About the event
Apache Wash โ long run for the Ragnar will be 6 miles so the plan is to build toward that over the next month. This will be an out-and-back run and the plan Is to do 4 miles so we all start and finish at the same place ๐
It's early in the day and a short run so you shouldn't need much hydration but maybe some sweet tunes ๐
