Tell me what drinks you typically drink week to week. Is it a customized latte at Starbucks? A few energy drinks here and there? There's no blame or shame but we do need to realize how much sugar we are putting into our bodies. Sugar, as delicious as it can be, needs to be moderated. If not, you're at risk for some health issues either now or down the line.

So the question is: "What are some good low-to-no sugar options?"

  • Water

  • Unsweetened Sparkling Water

  • Herbal Teas

  • Black or Green tea

  • Coffee

When in doubt, check the nutrition information whether it's on a website or you need to ask. When you start knowing what's going into your body, you'll know how to get the most out of your life.
