Food Journaling, it Works!

Whether you need a reminder of what you've been eating this (or last) week or need to know how your carbs, proteins, and fats are planned out for the week, then food journaling is the perfect solution. This is also an excellent solution when consulting with your doctor or dietician to help better work through your health and wellness.

Grab a notebook, your phone, or whatever you can find, and just start writing. Write down what you ate and drank during the day, how much you had, how you felt after eating said meals both physically and mentally, and then feel free to add other criteria that works for you.

We can only do so much when we leave things up to memory. If you're serious about your health, then try food journaling. Try a week of it and don't hold anything back. It's your journal and it's your health.
