IMMUNITY Through Food


Do you know what something like yogurt has in common with, let's say, an orange? It's pretty simple! It's food that will help build up your immune system!

A nutritious - balanced diet will supply adequate amounts of nutrition to maintain a strong body. Not only will it help you fight through something you may already have, but it will protect you from other illness that are floating around.

Think about it like this: Food is like an armor. If you're charging into battle, what do you want protecting you? Something light, flimsy, and makes you feel bad (pizza) or something durable, sturdy, and makes you feel agile (fruit)?
