If you're stuck on what to make as a meal, remember the threes: Protein, Fat, and Carbs. It's the basic making of a meal. They are what give your body the energy you need for the day.
Our food wellness journey is about giving you knowledge and perspective about cooking. There are fancy meals, with elaborate steps, and tons of ingredients, and there are simpler meals. You get to choose what to commit to and when to take the extra steps in cooking.
Examples of Protein would be beef, chicken, beans, and nuts. Examples of Fat would be eggs, avocado, cheese, and butter. Examples of Carbs would be grains, potatoes, corn, and yams.
