Portioned and Healthy Snacks

Snacks can be a slippery slope. Maybe you brought (or grab if you work from home) a full bag of trail mix and you wind up eating half of it unexpectedly. Whether it's from mindless eating or eating stemming from stress, it isn't a healthy practice you should be doing. Instead, portion out your snacks. It trains your mind and body to stop craving something since it's already gone. That gives more attention and time back to your work or your personal life.

You also want your snacks to be healthy rather than not. Snacks contribute to your daily nutritional intake and can imbalance your body especially if you don't portion them. Instead of chips, try carrots. You'll feel better and avoid any late-day fatigue.
