Replace THAT with THIS!


Replace bread with lettuce wraps. Instead of pasta noodles, use spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles. Rice can turn into cauliflower rice. Don't use Milk/Dairy, use various nut milks. Crackers can be replaced by nuts.

What you'll want to start doing is identifying your foods. Specifically seeing what foods you eat, and seeing if there is a better or healthier alternative. Sometimes you can't and it may be good to remove the ingredient or food altogether. However, there are replacements for various types of foods and they can be just as good or even better than the original.

We suggest trying and experimenting. Sometimes there is more than just one thing to replace another thing with. Find what's best for you and enjoy doing it!
