Roasting Vegetables = Better Vegetables


Try roasting or baking your vegetables. We'll give you a while but we would love to hear what you think. Is it the same as if it was just uncooked or even better? We would be willing to bet that baking vegetables are one of the top ways to add some extra flavor so you can hit your nutritional goals.

Toss some vegetables on a pan like broccoli and cauliflower, drizzle with some oil, and add the spices and herbs. There are many recipes and meals made using just a sheet pan in the oven as the main way to cook, so feel free to explore these options or experiment on your own. Keep an eye on your vegetables! Burnt food isn't what we had in mind for flavor.
