STOP! Processed Foods Ahead!


Ultra-processed foods: chocolates, candy, ice cream, chips, hot dogs, french fries, and more. These foods taste great but increase your risk for many different diseases. They are full of saturated fats and ingredients that clog up your body and prevent you from having a healthy system.

Instead, we recommend eating more whole foods. Whole foods like fruits, vegetables, fish, whole grains, and other foods that haven't been refined. Try foods that offer more nutritional value and aren't out to harm you.

The great thing is: You can still live a life full of flavor and enjoy eating. This isn't a call to be miserable, it's an alert that you can prevent your body from being miserable.
