Service Description
You and Dr. Brian Hester will talk through your health history, current challenges & goals, and your ultimate why. This is an opportunity to learn more about The Wellness Progression community and services to ensure that what we offer fits your needs. Once you have submitted your consultation request, our Wellness Director, Desiree, will give you a call to confirm your time and collect health history information. This information is needed 72 hours prior to your appointment so that Dr. Hester is able to review it in preparation for your chat. If we have not received your information 72 hours before your appointment, we will reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Any missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time - will result in forfeiture of that appointment all together if the appointment cant be rescheduled the same week due to your coaches availability. Re-schedule Are you trying to pour 6 ounces into a 4 ounce cup? We feel ya and realize sometimes things happen……we ask that any changes to your appointment be requested within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so that we can try and find another time.
