We’re Dr. Brian and Desiree Hester,
What began as a simple love for the outdoors has grown into a powerful passion for transformation. For us—Brian and Desiree—there’s nothing better than watching people win. We love seeing individuals take on tough challenges, push past their limits, and grow in ways they didn’t think were possible.
Many of the people we meet are at a turning point in their wellness journey. They’re looking to reduce medications, regain control of their health, and reconnect with a life they love. What starts as a decision to change often evolves into something much bigger: renewed energy, new goals, and the drive to do things they never imagined—like hiking into the Grand Canyon.
What began 13 years ago as a personal goal has since become a calling. We now lead group hikes into the Grand Canyon several times a year, creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for people ready to take on the challenge. But what stands out most isn’t just the view—it’s the relationships. The connections we make along the way are what truly make these moments unforgettable.
